1. STEPS TO CREATE OEC ACCOUNT

    1. Go to https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph//OnlineServices
    2. On the “e-Registration” panel, click “Let’s Go!”
    3. Then click “Register”.
    4. On “Terms of Use and Privacy Statement” click “Accept the terms of Use”.
    5. Kindly read the “PAALALA” section before filling out your registration.
    6. Fill out the registration form. Then submit by clicking “Register”.
    7. Please use the temporary password that was sent to your email address.
    8. Repeat steps 1 and 2. Then on Login, enter your registered email address.
    9. Click “Next”. Enter your Temporary Password and Click “Login”.
    10. You will be asked to enter a new password. Enter and confirm your new password.

 

NOTE: If you are returning to the same employer, you only need to acquire the OEC exemption online. For workers who have changed their employer and has previous records with POEA, kindly book an appointment for Contract Verification. Once your contract has been verified at MWO-Singapore, you may generate your OEC directly in your ERegistration account.

For first time OFWs who have not acquired an OEC  before and has no previous record with POEA, MWO-Singapore will only verify your contract and your OEC will be issued in the nearest POEA/DMW office in the Philippines.

How to Make a BM/OEC APPOINTMENT (Tourist/No Record):

    1. Login to https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph//OnlineServices. Click LET’S GO then
      LOGIN.
    2. Update your Passport details and Working Visa under MY PROFILE – IDENTIFICATION.
    3. Click update/Save when you’re done.
    4. Go to My Links then click “Balik-Manggagawa” on your top right-hand side
    5. Input your flight date (expected/tentative date) click Next
    6. If you are a new BM, complete your Contract Details
    7. Once done, click Submit.
    8. After clicking Submit, you will be redirected to select your Processing Location. Select the nearest POEA/ DMW office in your hometown
    9. Then Select an Appointment Schedule. (You can Print or Cancel your Appointment.) 
NOTE: Do not forget to bring your verified contract to the nearest POEA/DMW office in the Philippines as this is a prerequisite requirement to obtain the OEC.

How to Print OEC Exemption  (Same Employer):

    1. Login to your E-registration account. (https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph//OnlineServices)
      Click LET’S GO then LOGIN.
    2. Update passport details and working visa under “My Profile – IDENTIFICATION”. Click update/Save when you’re done.
    3. Go to “My links” and click “Balik Manggagawa”
    4. You will also be asked for a flight schedule. (Input your flight going back to Singapore.)
    5. Click next.
    6. You will be asked if you are returning to the same Employer and the same Position.
    7. Click “YES” to get an OEC EXEMPTION. (For SAME EMPLOYER)
    8. Hit the “PRINT OEC” button to download it. Take a screenshot of it or you may also print it out.

Filing of Helpdesk Ticket

Change of Name/ Birthday/ Gender
To change your name, you would need to create a ticket under the DMW Helpdesk.

    1. Go to onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph
    2. Under POEA Helpdesk – Click Create Ticket
    3. Click Continue
    4. For the Select Service, click ” Online Services – ERegistration”
    5. For the Select Concern, click “Edit Account Name, Gender, Birthdate”
    6. Click Next
    7. Click “I know my Email Address”
    8. Fill out all the details needed
    9. For the Processing Site – Please change it to the SINGAPORE
    10. For the Concern Details – Please put your concern / issues in your account
    11. Input your SG Contact Number
    12. Input your valid email address again
    13. Click Submit Ticket
 

OEC Cancellation
Make sure that you have a screenshot of your OEC as we need the OEC number. Note that you may only file a cancellation if there are wrong details in your OEC.

    1. Go to onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph
    2. Under POEA Helpdesk – Click Create Ticket
    3. Click Continue
    4. For the Select Service, click ” ONLINE SERVCICES – BALIK MANGGAGAWA”
    5. For the Select Concern, click “BM-OEC CANCELLATION”
    6. Click Next
    7. Click “I know my registered email address”
    8. Input your email address.
    9. For the Processing Site – Choose Singapore
    10. For the Concern Details – You may put “Please cancel my OEC”Input your SG Contact Number
    11. Click Submit Ticket
 

OEC Deployment Encoding

For still valid but used OEC,  please follow the steps below to update your deployment details

    1. Go to onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph
    2. Under POEA Helpdesk – Click Create Ticket
    3. Click Continue
    4. For the Select Service, click ” DEPLOYMENT RECORD “
    5. For the Select Concern, click “DEPLOYMENT ENCODING”
    6. Click Next
    7. Click “I know my registered email address”
    8. Input your email address.
    9. For the Processing Site – Choose Singapore
    10. Input Concern and attach the latest green circle stamp in your passport
    11. Click Submit Ticket
    12. Screenshot the Ticket number that the system will give you and send it to mwo_singapore@dmw.gov.ph
